We are fortunate to be in a rather unique and enchanting environment- we LOVE it here! Upon your arrival to our property at 62 Walker Road you will see a large yellow house set back from the road with a long, lantern lined driveway- that’s ours too not to worry! Proceed down the driveway- there is parking in the rear. CVP is nestled in the back by the parking area in the RED House- the CARRIAGE HOUSE.

We suggest printing and using our directions….for those GPS dependant folks….trust us…your GPS for some reason will make it more complicated than it needs to be- (and that is coming from 2 seriously GPS dependant people!)

Since Maria and Bernard work and live on the same property, they do ask that all visits are made by appointment only. Thank you!



- Take exit 9
- Make RIGHT at end of ramp onto MT PLEASANT AVE
- Go to light and make LEFT onto GREGORY
- Go approximately 1.5 miles (Through 1 solid and 2 blinking lights)
- At 2nd solid light (Gregory Grammar school will be on your right hand corner) make LEFT onto WALKER ROAD
- Go 2 blocks and arrive at 62 WALKER ROAD on your RIGHT hand side.
- On street parking is permitted, or proceed down long drive way and park in rear– – please do not park in the driveway
- Carriage House is the red building at rear of property.

- Take exit 10
- Make LEFT at end of ramp onto NORTHFIELD AVE
- Go to 3rd light and make LEFT onto GREGORY
- Go approximately 1 mile (through 2 blinking lights)
- At 1st solid light (Gregory Grammar school will be on your right hand corner) make LEFT onto WALKER ROAD
- Go 2 blocks and arrive at 62 WALKER ROAD on your RIGHT hand side.
- On street parking is permitted, or proceed down long drive way and park in rear– please do not park in the driveway
